Pilates Trapeze

The Trapeze is essentially a raised horizontal table-top bordered by a four-poster frame with fixed bars, straps, springs and levers. Numerous exercises can be performed on the Trapeze; ranging from gentle spring assisted sit ups to advanced acrobatics making the Trapeze suitable for all ages and abilities. The exercises performed on the Trapeze work the core muscles and the shoulder girdle, whilst strengthening the back and developing spinal flexibility.
