Shipping and Delivery
When you place an order with the Vitality 4 Life online you will receive an immediate confirmation email prior to your order being processed. We will not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be dispatched.
If, for any reason, Vitality 4 Life doesn’t have the product you want in stock, we will contact you immediately to offer a refund.
When using PayPal as a preferred method of payment it is important that you use the PayPal payment facility in the Vitality 4 Life store and DO NOT go directly to PayPal to make the payment otherwise the account may not be closed and your shipping information may not be recorded.
Additionally, not completing the checkout could result in unclosed transactions and checkout reminder emails may continue to be sent to you.

Cheque or Money Order
Make cheques or money orders payable to Vitality 4 Life Pty Ltd and include your full name, delivery address, email and telephone numbers. Personal cheques issued by Australian banks in Australian currency are subjected to 5 business days clearance. Your item will be dispatched as soon as the money has cleared.

We try to keep shipping costs to a minimum. For larger, heavier items this is not always an easy task.
Most items are delivered by Fastways Courier to either your home or workplace. When you paid for your goods, you would have been asked to indicate a designated delivery address. Please include a delivery address phone number and a mobile phone number on the order so that the courier can call you.
If you are not at that designated delivery location when the courier arrives, they will leave at note receipt at the premises with the driver’s mobile phone number. You will need to call the driver and arrange another drop off time.
Items for delivery outside standard courier routes, and small size item will be sent via Registered Mail through Australia Post. You will receive a card from Australia Post directing you to go to your local post office to collect the parcel.

Items may be picked up by prior arrangement from Head Office and warehouse in Byron Bay, NSW.
When your order has been processed and money received, your item will be dispatched as soon as we possibly can. This will normally be the same day or the next day.
Whilst we will do everything we can to ensure the courier company delivers the product to you as soon as possible, we cannot be held responsible for the amount of time of delivery once the item has left Vitality 4 Life warehouses.
NSW and QLD Metropolitan customers: Allow 1-3 business days delivery from time of dispatch
VIC and ACT Metropolitan customers: Allow 3-5 business days delivery from time of dispatch
NT and SA Metropolitan customers: Allow 3-8 business days delivery from time of dispatch
WA and TAS Metropolitan customers: Allow 7 business days delivery from time of dispatch
Country customers: Add an additional 1-2 days for your delivery
We are so confident in our products that we welcome you to try them for a period of 30 days, and if you are not completely satisfied, you are welcome to return to us for a full refund (minus shipping costs incurred by Vitality 4 Life).
You will be notified when your item is received back at the Vitality 4 Life service centre. If we haven’t received it and you have sent it registered post, we suggest that you contact your post office and fill out a lost article form.
If you sent it by courier and it is lost, you will need to contact the courier company.
We handle the warranty for almost all of our products, as in most cases we are the importer. In order to activate your warranty, it’s important to register your warranty with us for our records. You can register your warranty by posting, faxing or emailing us with your warranty form.
We take the time to source reliable, top quality products and we offer a full repair service for products you have purchased through Vitality 4 Life itself or a Vitality 4 Life reseller.
If you think that product you have purchased from Vitality 4 Life or reseller requires on site servicing at our service centre, please contact us before you send the item. In many instances, we can resolve the issue via email, over the phone or by sending parts.
If, via email or over the phone, it has been established that your machine does need to be physically inspected at a Vitality 4 Life service centre, please send in original box (where possible) with your name, address, copy of receipt of purchase and a brief explanation of the problem.
