The Pilates Chair

Similar to the Pilates Reformer, the Pilates Chair is an extremely versatile exercise machine that can be adjusted to train most muscle groups.

The chair activates the lower back, buttocks, shoulders, transverse abdominals and pelvic region, whilst heightening neuromuscular coordination.

The chair is an excellent aid for rehabilitation with particular effectiveness in stretching and re-stabilising muscles that have been strained or injured. Exercises are done lying, sitting, and standing on the chair, as well as from positions to the sides of the chair. Compact and easy to move, the chair is perfect for studios, gyms or homes with limited space.
