Pilates Trapeze - Cadillac

The Trapeze or Cadillac provides the platform for a large range of exercises, from gentle spring assisted sit ups to advanced acrobatics.

The table base is built with lapped and fitted joints for stability and the trapeze frame is built from chrome-plated steel tubing drawn through a cylindrical dye to eliminate seams and increase tensile strength.

Sliding cross bars feature self-lubricating, greaseless bearings for ease of movement. These are locked in place with plastic-tipped screws, preventing burrs which hinder slider movement. All metal parts on our Trapeze Tables are chrome with the exception of the nickel-plated springs and anodized aluminium bars and sliding cross bars. 

The Trapeze is suitable for all ages and abilities with core exercises focused on major muscles and the shoulder girdle, whilst strengthening the back and developing spinal flexibility. It has been incorporated in rehabilition exercises.
